WORK WITH ME

NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS GUILDOFRD/SURREY/ONLINE

How I Work

I work using a root-cause, evidence-informed naturopathic nutrition approach.

Rather than offering generic advice or symptom-based recommendations, my work focuses on understanding why symptoms are occurring and addressing the underlying drivers that may be preventing your body from functioning optimally.

This approach is structured and programme-based, because meaningful and lasting change takes time, investigation, and follow-up.

Depending on your individual needs, this may involve:

  • In-depth clinical assessment

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle support

  • Advanced functional testing, where clinically appropriate

Most clients spread the cost of their care over time — beginning with an assessment, followed by testing if appropriate, and then monthly programme payments.

 Client Journey

Step 1: Initial Health Assessment

(Required for all new clients)

All new clients begin with a comprehensive 60–75 minute Initial Health Assessment.

This session includes:

  • A detailed review of your health history, symptoms, and current concerns

  • Review of any recent tests done through your GP or privately

  • Identification of key patterns and possible root causes

  • Initial clinical insights and personalised guidance

  • Discussion of whether ongoing support and functional testing are recommended

Following the session, you’ll receive a personalised written summary and initial plan, outlining clear next steps.

This consultation is a standalone service.
There is no obligation to continue into a programme.

A comprehensive health and nutrition questionnaire must be completed prior to the session.

Initial Health Assessment — £150

This is suitable for you if:

  • You want clarity about what may be driving your symptoms

  • You value a structured, professional approach

  • You are open to a root-cause perspective

Follow-Up Consultations

  • 60-minute follow-up — £100

  • 30-minute follow-up — £50

Step 2: Root-Cause Programmes (3 or 6 months)

If ongoing support is recommended, I offer structured 3-month and 6-month Root-Cause Programmes.

These programmes are designed for people who want:

  • Clear answers, not guesswork

  • Professional guidance and accountability

  • A clinical approach that adapts as your body responds

Functional Testing

Functional testing is an integral part of my approach when it adds clinical value.

Testing:

  • Is never decided before an assessment

  • Is recommended based on individual relevance, not by default

  • Is used to reduce trial-and-error and improve precision

Testing allows us to explore factors such as gut health, hormone balance, inflammation, nutrient status, and other underlying drivers that may not be visible through symptoms alone.

All programmes include professional testing interpretation.

Ongoing Support & Practice Better Platform

All programme clients receive access to the Practice Better client platform, which acts as a central hub for your care.

Through Practice Better, you can:

  • Access all documents, plans, test results, and resources

  • Securely message me between sessions

  • Log daily food and lifestyle journal entries

  • Track progress over time

Email / Message Support

Reasonable support between sessions is included as part of your programme.

This includes:

  • Clarification questions about your plan or recommendations

  • Brief check-ins or updates related to your progress

  • Review of food journal entries logged in Practice Better

Messages are typically responded to within 2–3 working days and are designed to support implementation — not replace scheduled consultations.

This structure ensures you feel supported while maintaining a clear, professional framework.

3-Month Root-Cause Programme — £599 (3 x £200 or 6 x £100)

Best for:

People with ongoing symptoms who want clarity, investigation, and professional support — without committing to longer-term care yet.

This programme helps you:

  • Understand what is driving your symptoms

  • Reduce guesswork through targeted functional testing

  • Implement a personalised plan with guidance and accountability

  • Build momentum and confidence in your health decisions

What’s included:

  • Personalised written plan and clinical summary following your initial assessment and functional test results

  • Professional interpretation of test results

  • Ongoing refinement of your plan

  • GP liaison (if necessary)

  • Supplement coordination and access to practitioner-grade supplements
    (33.3% practitioner discount where applicable)

  • Menu plan and recipe resources

  • 3 × 60-minute or 6 × 30-minute follow-up consultations

  • Access to Practice Better platform with food journaling and messaging support

6-Month Root-Cause Programme — £1,099 (6 x £185 or 12 x £92)

Best for:
More complex, long-standing, or multifactorial health concerns that require deeper investigation and extended support.

This extended programme allows time to:

  • Explore multiple contributing factors

  • Implement changes gradually and sustainably

  • Review progress and adapt your plan as your body responds

What’s included:

  • Personalised written plan and clinical summary following your initial assessment and functional test results

  • Professional interpretation of test results

  • Ongoing refinement of your plan

  • GP liaison (if necessary)

  • Supplement coordination and access to practitioner-grade supplements
    (33.3% practitioner discount where applicable)

  • Menu plan and recipe resources

  • 5 × 60-minute or 10 × 30-minute follow-up consultations

  • Extended support for testing review and plan refinement

  • Access to Practice Better platform with food journaling and messaging support

This option offers greater continuity and is recommended when symptoms are chronic, complex, or have not responded to previous approaches.

Important Information

  • I do not offer one-off follow-ups, or pay-as-you-go support for new clients, unless testing is not clinically appropriate.

  • I do not offer test-only services.

  • Functional tests are not recommended or interpreted outside of a working programme.

  • Supplements and herbal products are not included in consultation or programme fees.

My services are best suited to people who are open to investigation and committed to change.
If you are looking for quick advice, generic meal plans, or symptom-only support, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay.

Is This Right for You?

This approach is for you if:

  • You want to understand the root cause of your symptoms

  • You value a structured, clinical approach

  • You are open to functional testing where appropriate

  • You are ready to invest time and energy into your health

If this sounds like you, the next step is to book an Initial Health Assessment.

All consultations are available online (via Zoom) or at Castle Street Natural Health and Well-being Clinic in Guildford.

Please note that fees for supplements, herbal products and functional tests are not included in nutritional therapy consultations/packages.
