2. Investigative process:

After deciding to proceed, you’ll complete a comprehensive Nutrition and Health

Questionnaire before your first appointment.

3. Starter Programme:

•  First Appointment (60 minutes): In-depth discussion and health history.
•  Custom Health Plan: Julija creates a detailed plan for meals, recipes, nutrition and lifestyle

adjustments

•  Second Appointment (50 minutes): Review the plan and receive practical advice on

implementation.

4.Ongoing Support

•  Regular follow-up appointments to assess your progress and adjust the plan as needed.
•  As your symptoms improve, appointments will become less frequent, supporting you

until you achieve your health goals.

Wellness for Women naturopathic nutrition clinic is based on the following principles:

Initial 60 min Consultation - £85

During the initial consultation I will assess your diet and symptom questionnaire (sent to you in advance) and take a detailed health history. This is crucial for understanding the underlying causes that are driving your symptoms, and for producing a comprehensive personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which will be sent to you within 5 working days following your initial consultation . I will take some time explaining where your health went wrong, and at the end of the consultation you will have a clear vision of the root causes of your symptoms, and how to address them.

Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan - £45

Following your initial consultation, Julija will produce a case report and a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan, including a sample menu, a bundle of recipes, some educational materials relevant to your case, and advice on supplements/herbs if necessary. You will have a clear step-by-step plan that will give you clarity, structure and understanding of the root causes of your health problem/s.

Follow-up 50 min Consultation - £75

During a follow-up consultation I will review your progress and tailor recommendations accordingly, in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Your revised recommendations will be sent to you within 4 working days.

Essential 3-month Programme - £235 

The essential programme includes the initial 60 min consultation, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, educational materials, testing recommendations (where appropriate), and 2 x 50 min follow-up consultations. The advantages of the essential package are: a free personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan and a comprehensive, results driven programme with ongoing support and regular consultations. If you have chronic, complex health problems, and you are committed to making necessary changes in your diet, lifestyle and mindset, and want to achieve better results, then it's the right programme for you.

Advanced Thyroid Balance Package - £425

Suitable for people with hypo/hyperthyroid symptoms or autoimmune thyroid disorders, such as Hashimoto's or Grave's disease. This comprehensive package includes the initial 60 min consultation, Thyroid Complete Test   (includes TSH, T4, T3, fT4, fT3, TPO Ab, TG Ab, T-uptake and rT3, useful for assessing and monitoring thyroid function and checking thyroid antibody levels to assess autoimmune response), a 15 min test interpretation, a custom written plan and a 2 follow-up 50 min consultations.

Advanced Weight Loss and Metabolic Health Package - £475

Suitable for people with Cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and obesity. This advanced package includes the initial 60 min consultation, Cardiovascular Inflammation Test (includes Advanced Lipid Testing, ApoB, Direct LDL-C, HDL-C, Lipid Ratios TC/HDL & TG/HDL, Lp(a), Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Metabolics, Homocysteine, Glucose, HbA1c, Inflammation, hs-CRP), a 15 min test interpretation, a custom written plan and 2 follow-up 55 min consultation.

Advanced Hormone Reset Package - £499

Suitable for women with PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, infertility, and mood disorders. The hormone reset package includes the initial 60 min consultation, Dutch Complete Adrenal and Sex Hormone Test (a comprehensive assessment of 35 different hormones, including  oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol along with their metabolites), a 15 min test interpretation, a custom written plan, and a follow-up 55 min consultation.

Advanced Gut Health Reset Package - £595

Suitable for people with bloating/gas/stomach pain, constipation/diarrhea, food intolerances, leaky gut and candida. The advanced package consists of the initial 60 min consultation, KBMO Diagnostics FIT 176 Food Inflammation and Gut Barrier Panel Test, a 15 min test interpretation, a custom written plan, and a follow-up 55 min consultation. FIT 176 test identifies food sensitivities (of 176 different foods, colourings and additives), as well as inflammation and leaky gut from a single test.

Advanced ASD/ADHD Nutritional Therapy Package - £690 

Suitable for children or adults with ASD/ADHD/Asperger's or anyone with a complicated and chronic health problem. The package includes the initial 60 min consultation, Organic Acid Test that includes 76 urinary metabolites that provide a comprehensive snapshot of a patient’s overall health, Hair Toxic and Essential Elements Test, 30 min interpretation of both tests, a custom written plan, and a follow-up 55 min consultation.
